基于正交试验设计方法的乳化沥青生产配比优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 为解决乳化沥青生产配比主要依靠推荐和经验,没有与实际相结合的问题,采用三因素、三水平的正交试验设计,对比分析乳化沥青的稳定性、黏度及蒸发残留物的针入度、软化点和延度等指标影响规律,并确定最佳配比。研究结果表明,该方法确定原材料复配生产的乳化沥青符合规范要求。因此,正交试验方法可作为现场生产时乳化沥青及乳化剂复配研究中综合指标优选的方法。 The production of emulsified asphalt mainly depends on recommendation and experience, meanwhile it does not consider the actual situation. In order to solve the problems, a three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment design is used to compare and analyze the stability, viscosity, penetration, sof- tening point , ductility and other indexes and make the best formula of the emulsified asphalt. The results show that the emulsion can meet the requirements of the specification. Therefore, orthogonal test method can be used for determining the optimal formula of emulsified asphalt in emulsified asphalt processing.
