关于缓解广西林下经济发展融资难的思考

Reflection on the Financing Problems on Developing Under-forest-economy of Guangxi

林下经济对于完善生态系统、促进农民增收、推进林权改革有着十分重要的意义,但是,实体经济融资难问题一定程度上制约了广西林下经济的发展。本文通过调查分析当前广西林下经济融资难问题原因及表现,提出建议和可行的解决方法。

Developing under-forest-economy has a very important practical significance to improve forest ecologi-cal system,to improve peasant＇s income level and to accelerate forest right reform. But to a certain extent,financingproblems have hindered under-forest-economy development in Guangxi. This paper analyses some problems of financ-ing in the under-forest-economy and their reasons,and puts forward some proposals and available solutions.
