针药结合治疗对急性脑梗死患者生活质量的影响

Investigation of combined acupuncture and medicine treatment on nerve function and viability of patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的观察针药结合治疗对急性脑梗死患者神经功能及生活能力的影响。方法将162例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,对照组80例,给予西医常规治疗;治疗组82例,在对照组治疗基础上加针药结合治疗。比较两组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及患者日常生活能力变化情况,统计临床疗效。结果治疗组基本治愈率+显著进步率为82.93%,对照组为68.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分与本组治疗前比较明显下降(P<0.05),生活能力评分提高(P<0.05),且两组治疗后组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针药结合治疗可明显提高急性脑梗死患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the nerve func, tion and viability of the patients with acute cerebral infarction treated by combined acupuncture and medicine treatment. Methods The 162 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups. Eighty cases in control group received conventional therapy. Eighty-two patients in treatment group received combined acuPuncture and medicine treatment on the basis of conventional therapy. The changes of neural function defect score before and after treatment and activities of daily living in patients were contrasted in two groups after three weeks of treatment. Results The basic cure rate and significant progress rate in treatment group was 82. 93%, and that in control group was 68.75%. The basic cure rate and significant progress rate in treatment group was superior than that in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The changes of neural function defect score after treatment was decreased as compared with that before treatment in two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Activities of daily living index score increased （P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Combined acupuncture and medicine treatment can significantly improve and promote recovery of neurological function of acute cerebral infarction and improve their daily lives. The effect is reliable.
