论审讯主体专业化的构建——以建立相容的审讯人际关系为视角

On the Construction of Professional Interrogation Subject——From the perspective of establishing compatible interpersonal relationship of interrogation

审讯双方建立相容的人际关系,是审讯主体专业化建设的重要内容,也是审讯取得实效的重要基础。虽然审讯双方存在天然的对立,但是由于犯罪嫌疑人对从宽处理的期待和安全感的需要,双方依然有建立相容关系的基础。因此,应当加强审讯人员专业素质的培养,审讯人员通过正确使用规范语言和非语言行为,赢得犯罪嫌疑人的信任,建立相容的人际关系,进而获取真实的供述。

Establishing compatible relationship between interrogator and suspect is an important basis of practical effect of interrogation as well as an important content of the construction of professional interrogation subject. Although the two parties of a trial are naturally antagonistic, there is still the basis of a compatible relationship between them because of the criminal suspect＇s hope for leniency and needs for security. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of the interrogator in professional quality. The interrogators may win the trust of the suspects, through properly using normal trial speech and non＇verbal behavior, establish a compatible relationship, and then get the suspect＇s true confession.
