摘要
基于文化的同根性与标准的同源性,选取ESGB、EEWH为样本,通过比较分析两套系统在评价原则、评价框架和评价细则三层级的异同,以探究两岸在绿色建筑概念认知程度和评价的科学性等方面的异同,并结合绿色建筑的发展进程,提出完善ESGB(2014版)的建议。
Based on similar cultural identities and technical properties of the evaluation standards on the both sides of the straight, this paper selects two systems, i.e. ESGB and EEWH, for comparison of evaluation on three levels： the principles, frameworks and details. It aims to identify connections and differences of the extent of architectural cognition and scientific nature of evaluation on the both sides of the straight, and offers suggestions to improve the 2014 edition of ESGB based on the progress of green building design.
