深圳、香港郊野公园开发策略比较研究

A Comparative Study on the Development Strategies of Shenzhen and Hong Kong Country Parks

以深圳为例,在深入研究其郊野公园发展历程和未来发展方向的基础上,总结出目前深圳郊野公园规划开发的两个主要阶段及各阶段取得的成效和存在的问题,并通过解读《深圳市森林(郊野)公园规划编制规定》,展望了郊野公园未来发展的趋势和前景。此外,通过对比深圳和香港郊野公园的规划建设现状,从土地利用模式、道路交通组织、设施配套、游客容量和废弃物管控4个主要方面既定性又定量地描述和评价了两个城市郊野公园控制性开发策略的异同,从而为深圳郊野公园进一步优化提升指明方向,并为其它城市的郊野公园开发提供借鉴,也试图填补郊野公园相关研究缺乏定量探索的不足。

Through analyzing the implementation process and development trend of country parks in Shenzhen, this paper concluded two major stages and the corresponding achievements and limitations of each stage. After interpreting the Planning Guidelines for Country Parks in Shenzhen, this paper predicts its developing prospects of country parks in the future. Besides, by qualitative and quantitative comparison between Shenzhen and Hong Kong, their difference on development strategies of country parks is pointed out in the aspects of land use, traffic organization and affiliated facilities, so that it can provide both indicates for refining country parks in Shenzhen and constructive experience for other domestic cities which carry on the implementation of country parks. Also, this paper helps compensate the lack in the quantitative research of country parks.
