传统村落民居再利用类型分析

The Research on Reuse Forms of Traditional Buildings in Villages

调研传统村落民居再利用方式,归纳为五大类:传统文化展演、村落公共服务、商业旅游服务、办公及认养等;从延续传统风貌、传承非物质文化、村民参与等角度,分析每种类型对传统村落保护产生的影响;提出在保护的前提下,传统村落民居再利用的策略。

Reuse forms of traditional buildings in villages were classified into 5 categories. The traditional buildings can be reused for exhibition, public service, commercial service, business and be adopted etc. Then, the influences of each form on the conservation of traditional villages were analyzed referring to maintaining traditional feature, inheriting intangible culture and villagers＇ participation. Furthermore, under the premise of conservation of traditional buildings, the reuse strategies were proposed.
