完善全球影子银行监管体系——基于FSB研究成员的视角

Improve the Supervision System of Global Shadow Banking

影子银行是国内外金融监管的焦点问题之一,我国影子银行问题也受到了广泛关注,讨论尤为热烈。不同的机构、学者和研究人员对我国影子银行的看法不一,无论是影子银行的定义、机构类型还是业务规模及政策建议都相差极大,造成了一定程度的困扰。作者曾是金融稳定理事会(FSB)影子银行监管研究小组成员,参与了相关工作,拟全面介绍金融稳定理事会关于影子银行的监管研究工作进展,以促进对影子银行的理解和认识。

Shadow banking is one of the focal issues of the domestic and foreign financial regulatory problems,shadow banking problem has received widespread attention in our country,particularly a warm discussion.This paper comprehensively introduces FSB's research progress about the shadow banking supervision in order to promote understanding and awareness.
