摘要 为测量SBE18 p H传感器的动态响应,提出了传感器动态模型参数求取方法,比较了不同模型的适应性,选定二阶系统模型作为传感器动态模型。流速和p H梯度变化方向是影响传感器动态特性的两个重要因素,求取了不同流速和p H梯度变化方向下传感器动态模型参数,并分析了这两个因素对动态模型参数的影响规律。 To measure dynamic response of SBE18 p H sensor,a method for calculating parameters of sensor dynamic model is proposed,adaptability of different models are compared,and second-order system model is selected as dynamic model of sensor. Flow rate and p H gradient change direction are two main factors which affect dynamic characteristics of p H sensor,obtain parameters of SBE18 dynamic model under different flow rate and p H gradient change direction,and analyze law of the two factors affect on dynamic model parameters.
