中国南方乡村复兴要点讨论——从福建屏南北村谈起

Outlining Principles of the Revitalization of Southern Chinese Villages A Case Study of Pingnan Beicun in Fujian and Beyond

福建屏南北村作为中国南方山区一个具有代表性意义的乡村案例,南大团队在对其自然/人文背景持续的研究基础上,同村民共同确定乡村复兴的基本目标,制定总体复兴计划的空间范围和时间表,并在复兴项目的运行与实施策略上提出3个基本原则由浅入深地展开各项工作:社会学意义的"村民自主体系"、空间规划意义的"整体性规划"及建筑设计意义的"闽东北传统建造体系"。

Taking Beicun, a typical mountainous village in South China as an example, the team from Nanjing University carefully studied its natural resources and humanistic distinctiveness, based on which general objectives of Beicun＇s revival and an overall plan regarding space and time were made with joint efforts of villagers. Three fundamental principles are proposed to facilitate Beicun＇s revival： a villagers＇ autonomous management system on sociological level, an integrated plan on spatial planning level, and a traditional construction system in Northeast Fujian on architectural level.
