Managing a Village New Rural Construction as Exemplified in Xiaozhuwan Village at Wulijie of Jiangxia District,Wuhan City

以武汉江夏五里界小朱湾为例,秉承"经营乡村"的理念,阐述如何用适度的增量来激活乡村巨大的存量,恢复农民主体地位,坚持乡村自治原则,延续其自身发展规律,使村庄给农民带来持续的经营价值,让政府的资金在为农民服务的每个环节都产生可持续的价值。

Based on the case study of Xiaozhuwan at Wulijie in Jiangxia District of Wuhan, this paper conceptualizes the idea of village management and elucidates on issues such as activation of huge rural stock through proper incremental quantity, restoration of the dominant role of peasants, insistence of autonomous management in villages, continuation of the rule of development, etc,, in an attempt to make village management sustainable to peasants while engendering sustainable value in every segment of governmental investment serving peasants.
