医院建设新趋势及医疗健康城模式探索

THE NEW TENDENCY OF HOSPITAL CONSTRUCTION AND THE EXPLORATION OF THE MEDICAL COMPLEX MODE

所谓医患矛盾,其实质是医疗资源的供给与医疗服务需求之间不匹配的矛盾。在有限的医疗资源条件下,探索更优化的医院建设模式,充分提升医疗资源的利用率,有助于缓解这一医疗问题。基于对典型的医院建设模式的发展历程及其特点的分析研究,本文指出医疗健康城(医疗综合体)这种复合型的医院建筑形态是解决前述矛盾的新建设模式,并进一步详细探讨了医疗健康城的背景、条件、特点及三种发展类型,最后就医院建设模式的发展趋势提出见解。

The doctor-patient dispute, as a matter of fact, arises from the mismatch between the provision of medical resources and the needs from medical service. Given the limited medical resources, it is helpful to alleviate this problem by exploring more optimized mode of hospital construction and increasing the utilization rate of medical resources. Based on the analysis and research of hospitals＇ typical modes, this paper puts forward that ＂medical health city （medical complex）＂ as a compound architectural form of hospital, is a brand new mode for the solution. It further discusses the medical complex＇s background, conditions, features and three developing modes and also offers view to the tendency.
