基于工业遗产再生的城市综合体复合模式研究

A Study on the Compound Patterns of Urban Complex Based on the Industrial Heritage Regeneration

选取20世纪70年代至今的20个基于工业遗产再生的国外城市综合体的典型案例为样本,系统解析了工业遗产与城市综合体功能与空间的复合特征,得出了再生的城市综合体的五大功能业态,提出了基于工业遗产再生的城市综合体的"I+C""I+B""I+O""I+L"四类主要功能复合模式和核心再生、均衡再生、从属再生等三类典型空间复合模式。

This paper studies twenty urban complexes based on industrial heritage regeneration since the 1970s. The composite function and space characteristics of the urban complex and industrial heritage are analyzed systematically, leading to five functional regeneration of urban complex format. It puts forward four main function compound patterns, including ＂I＋C＂ , ＂l＋B＂ , ＂1＋0＂ and ＂I＋L＂ , and three typical space compound patterns, including core regeneration, balanced regeneration, and subordinate regeneration for urban complexes based on industrial heritage regeneration.
