The paper analyzes the role and position of today＇s soft decoration and hard decoration in the home improvement, discusses the hard decoration which presents a role change in the new trends and new ideas of soft decoration, and put forward the interior design trends and strategy of ‘less ha hard decoration but more in soft decoration＇, which provides a theoretical basis for the potential possibilities of soft decoration industry in the future.
