哈尔滨工业大学面向国际化的建筑学专业卓越人才培养模式探索

在全球一体化的背景下,中国的建筑学专业教育面临着新的挑战,建筑教育发展也呈现出开放、多元和国际性的特点。如何培养具备良好知识、能力和素质的国际化人才是当下中国建筑学专业教育亟需解决的课题。哈尔滨工业大学建筑学专业经过多年的教学改革实践,探索了面向国际化的卓越人才培养模式,确立了专业人才培养理念和目标,制定培养标准,更新和优化培养方案,创新性地实施了"两院一体化"的办学模式,推行面向国际化的建筑学专业卓越人才培养模式,逐渐显示出良好的人才培养效果。围绕新型人才培养模式建设,确定了"一个标准、两个体系、三个平台、四重保障"的办学特色,取得了诸多显著成效。

Responding to the background of the global integration,Architecture Major education in China, whose development appears the characteristics of open, multielemental and international, is facing new challenge. Most urgent task is how to cultivate students majoring in architecture to be knowledgeable, qualified and international. After many years of education innovation, Harbin Institute of Technology has been making a certain probing and practice, which include establishing the idea and target of cultivating professional talents, renewing and optimizing cultivation project, co-education of the College and Design Institute. The final aim is to cultivate student to be international and outstanding architectural talents. In summary, the characteristics of the education in HIT are： one standard, two systems, three platforms and four guarantees.
