摘要
人体工学是家具设计中功能体现的标志和重要的科学依据,本文以新材料玻璃钢在卡路赛利椅设计中人体工学的体现为出发点,研究新材料的应用与符合人体生理曲线的造型设计之间的联系,材料特性与工艺技术制约下的座位与底座的簧片连接结构设计中舒适度设计的体现,以及工艺制作细节中为达到技术需求所体现的人体工学应用。目的是得出在卡路赛利椅设计过程中,人体工学在材料,造型、结构、制作工艺方面体现的设计方法和规律,以及新材料贯穿于这四部分中材料本性的优势和技术制约性之间的平衡,可作为现代座椅设计的可应用设计方法和参考依据。
Ergonomics is the sign of function effectuation and the important scientific basis in the design of furniture, in this paper, new materials, glass fiber reinforced plastic's ergonomic use in the design of karuselli as the starting point. Study the connection between the application of new materials and the shape design accord with human body physiology curve, the embodiment of the comfort level design in seat and foundation of reed structure design about material characteristics and technology under the restriction, and the ergonomics application in production process details for meet technical requirements. The purpose is to get ergonomics application methods and rules in material, shape, structure and production process, and the balance between the material nature and technology conditionality through the four parts, it can be used as design method and reference applied in contemporary seat design.
