厨房家具适老性设计研究

The Research on the Kitchen Furniture Design for Senior Generation

随着人口老龄化趋势越来越严重,老年人群体成为了社会关注的焦点,为老年人而设计的家具有着巨大的社会需求和市场潜力。在厨房家具设计中,如何使得老年人的使用更加方便安全,从而能提升他们的自理能力和生活质量是本文研究的重点。本文从老年人的生理和心理特征着手,分析了老年人在厨房活动中会遇到的障碍,从安全性、可行性、易用性和个性化的角度分析了厨房家具适老性设计原则。从功能性设计、材料和结构、辅助器具的使用和视觉设计等方面总结归纳了厨房家具适老性设计要点,希望为相关设计提供依据。

China encountered an aging population issue, and the senior generation started to become an anxious concern of the society nowadays. To cope with this issue, customized furniture to senior people is an increased demand, and meanwhile a potential marketing trend. This thesis focuses on kitchen furniture that designed to be more convenient to the seniors, in order to strengthen their self-care ability, and improve their quality of life. Beginning with physical and mental features of the seniors, following with an analysis of various obstacles elder people would have, it could comprehensively generate the seniors oriented design principle from aspects of safety, feasibility, usability, and customization. Additionally this article also concludes key points of design, including but not limited in functional consideration, materials usage, structures setting, assistive devices, and visual concept. Ultimately it could provide reference data to industry design.
