摘要
在新型城镇化背景下,旧城更新作为城市"存量发展"的重要途径,是城镇空间"提质增效"的主要手段。但是城市旧区往往拥有复杂的社会、经济和文化环境,在更新过程中需要不断研究相应的规划策略与手段。研究以西安市新城区幸福路地段城市设计为例,通过对其城市设计策略的探索,探寻旧城更新的新视角,以期为其他城市的更新改造项目提供借鉴。
Old district renovation has become a major approach of improving the quality of urban environment. Old district usual y has complex social, economic, and cultural context. The paper takes Xingfu road urban design as an example, studies old district renovation strategies from new angles, and provides reference for other cases.
