大理当下民居空间的旅游适应性重构——以双廊客栈为例

The Tourism Adaptive Reconstruction of Current Residential Space of Dali:A Case Study on Shuanglang Inn

近年来,乡村旅游、遗产旅游快速发展,为回应旅游发展带来的机遇和问题,大理的聚落和民居在物质空间和非物质空间两个维度都产生了功能转型和空间重构现象。通过梳理大理市双廊镇的经济、社会、文化脉络,并结合对环洱海地区聚落的实地调查,描述了双廊的民居由居住功能向客栈功能转型及其引发的物质空间和非物质空间重构现象,阐述了大理双廊民居空间受旅游影响的重构过程、原因和内在逻辑。

In recent years,under the influence of the development of rural and heritage tourism,the opportunities and problems brought forth by the settlement and traditional dwelling have generated the phenomenon of functional transition and space reconstruction in both dimensions of physical non-physical spaces.Via sorting out the economic,social and cultural clues of Shuanglang Town in Dali City,and surveying the Erhai rim region,this paper discusses the physical and non-physical phenomenon caused by the functional transition of the traditional dwelling from settlement function to inn function,with the statement of the reconstruction process,reason and the inner logic influenced by tourism.
