摘要
在城市更新进程中古都南京面临的最大挑战之一就是传统近人尺度脉络同商业环境大尺度现代肌理之间的碰撞。从城市设计来看,精细的"外科手术"式城市改造除了靠建筑师的概念草图和经验直觉,更需要精准的研究语言和方法与之匹配。SmartFAR就是在南京市城南地区一块现状用地改造设计中基于多智能体系统开发的一项计算机城市设计生成工具。该改造项目尝试借助新的技术路线和研究模型以解决南京市高价值地段内高容积率商业开发同历史环境保护之间的矛盾。
The conflict between traditional context of humanity and modern fabric of commercial environments is one of the greatest challenges in the urban renewal process in Nanjing.In terms of urban design,urban renewal as an accurate surgical way not only relies on the conceptual sketches and intuition experience of architects,but also needs precise support of research language and methods.In a site renovation in south Nanjing,SmartFAR is developed as a generative computer tool for urban design based on multi-agents system.The project attempts to solve the contradiction between high FAR of commercial estate development and protection of historic surroundings via a new technical approach and research model.
