慢性丙型肝炎男性患者体内雌雄激素与抗黏病毒基因表达的关系 被引量:1

Role of Estrogen and Androgen on Gene Expression of Myxovirus Resistance A in Male Patients with Chronic Hepatitis C

摘要 目的 探讨血清雌雄激素与慢性丙型肝炎(CHC)患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中抗黏病毒基因A(MxA) mR-NA表达和肝功能的关系.方法 选择慢性丙型肝炎男性患者51例,健康人群49例.采用酶法检测肝功能指标;采用化学发光检测雌雄激素;用实时荧光定量PCR检测MxA基因mRNA表达.结果 CHC患者血清睾酮、雌二醇、ALT,AST和MxA基因mRNA表达量与健康人群比较,差异均有统计学意义(t=-4.69,11.34,7.79,7.87,4.28;P<0.05).对CHC患者MxA基因表达量与血清中雌雄激素、肝功能进行相关性分析,结果发现MxA基因表达量仅与雌二醇呈反比(r=-0.479,P<0.05).结论 HCV患者雌雄激素发生紊乱并且雌激素与MxA基因表达呈负相关. Objective To explore the role of Estrogen and Androgen on gene expression of myxovirus resistance A of periph- eral blood mononuclear ceils (PBMC) ,liver function in patients with chronic hepatitis C (CHC) infection. Methods Periph- eral blood was collected from 51 male patients with chronic hepatitis C infection,49 healthy individuals. Liver function was detected using enzymatic. Estrogen and Androgen were detected by Chemiluminescence. The expression of MxA mRNA was detected by real-time quantitative PCR. Results Serum estrogen,androgen,ALT,AST and expression of MxA mRNA were significant difference between CHC patients and healthy people (t= -4.69,11.34 7.79,7.87,4.28;P〈0.05). Correlation analysis of MxA gene expression with serum estrogen and androgen,liver function in CHC patients was found that the ex- pression of MxA mRNA was only negative correlation with estrogen (r=-0. 479;P〈0.05). Conclusion Serum estrogen and androgen were disorder and MxA gene expression was negative correlation with estrogen in CHC patients.
