我国城市更新中的绅士化研究述评

文章通过详细论述绅士化的概念与内涵、城市更新与绅士化的异同及绅士化研究的意义,系统梳理了15年来我国绅士化的研究进展,并将我国的绅士化研究归纳为概念引介型、文献综述型、实证研究型与理论探索型4类。在此基础上,文章指出未来我国的绅士化研究需加强对二、三线城市的关注,采取量性与质性相结合的研究方法及关注居民深层次的情感变化等,并对我国的城市更新提出注重社会公平、重新定位城乡规划角色和倡导非营利组织参与等建议。

The paper reviews the literature of gentrification in the past 15 years, discusses the concept, connotation, difference between urban renewal and gentrification, and divides past literature into four types： concept introduction, literature review, positive study, and theoretical study. The paper indicates future study of gentrification shall turn to second and third frontier cities, incorporate qualitative and quantitative studies, cares about the needs and emotions of residents, and cal s for consideration of social equity, reorientation of urban planning, and non-profit organization involvement in future urban renewal.
