近年来,高速铁路和轨道交通的迅猛发展对我国的城镇化发展产生了巨大的带动作用。文章以高速铁路客运枢纽的关键用地指标为对象,通过系统的统计和调研,对影响枢纽规划的主要指标,如总用地指标、建筑容量指标和广场规划指标进行分析,总结高速铁路客运枢纽发展的规律与趋势,并提出相应的规划建议,以期为已建项目的改造或新建项目的建设提供参考。

High speed railway and rail transit development has greatly promoted urbanization in recent years. The paper studies land use indices of high speed railway station, conducts systematic statistic survey, analyzes land use, building volume, and square area, concludes the rules of high speed railway station development, and puts forwards suggestions for future projects.
