摘要
赣州香港产业园南区城市设计从延续古城格局、梳理城市脉络、探索低碳城市、融入自然生态和提倡绿色出行5个方面展开总体构思,通过空间结构、交通系统、生态结构和景观系统等的构建,进行总体空间布局和城市形态设计,结合中央金脊、赣南大道、绿道和章江等重点地段的详细设计,塑造有序的空间序列,并通过制定城市设计导则的形式,对产业园南区进行城市设计指引,力图将赣州香港产业园南区打造成赣州都市区核心圈层南部生态新城、香港产业园与大创新区新型产业基地和综合服务中心。
The urban design of southern area of Hongkong Industrial Park considers ancient town layout, city context, low carbon city, natural ecology, and green transportation, establishes spatial structure, transportation system, ecological layout, and landscaping system, and specifies general spatial layout and urban morphology. Detailed design of key areas and urban design guidelines create neat spatial sequence, and build the industrial park an ecological new city, innovative industrial base, and comprehensive service center.
