摘要
本文采用数据包络分析法中的C2R模型和BC2模型,对贵州省69座县级城镇污水处理厂进行综合评价。研究显示,贵州省县级城镇污水处理厂的运行有效性不高,84%的污水处理厂属非DEA有效,非DEA有效的污水处理厂均存在产出不足或投入冗余,其中输出指标的产出不足量分别为1 735.565万m3、7 702.694 t、1 051.673 t、17.164 t和10 380.1 t,输入指标的投入冗余量分别为137 396.69元/m3、32.663hm2和27.467元/m3,多数污水处理厂可优化提升的空间很大,管网建设相对滞后,污水处理厂建设的资源配置有待优化。
In this paper,the operating efficiency of 69 county town sewage treatment plants of Guizhou Province is evaluated by using C2 R model and BC2 model of data envelopment analysis. Studies show,the operating effectiveness of Guizhou county town sewage treatment plant is not high,84% of the sewage treatment plant is a non- DEA efficient,non- DEA efficient sewage treatment plants are present insufficient output or input redundancy,in which the insufficient quantity of output indicators is 17 355 650 m3,7 702. 694 tons,1 051. 673 tons,17. 164 tons and 10380. 1 tons respectively,input indicators redundancy is 137 396. 69 yuan / m3,32. 663 hm2 and 27. 467 yuan / m3 respectively,most sewage treatment plant can be optimized and improved,pipeline construction lags behind and the resources allocation needs to be optimized.
