摘要 脱硝工艺中,选择性催化还原技术(SCR)已成功应用于工业实际,该项技术中,掌握好注入到NOx的氨总量是达到最小的氨逃逸和最大NOx脱除效率的关键。SCR出口的烟气高温、高湿、高粉尘及高腐蚀,使氨逃逸量检测难度增大。传统检测方式在取样及传输过程中存在水分对微量氨的吸收等影响,使得传统测量方式比较困难。文中设计的激光气体分析仪采用光谱吸收式激光传感技术检测氨,无需采样,无样气取样及传输影响,是烟气脱硝中测量微量氨最为方便、准确的方法。 In the denitration process,selective catalytic reduction has been successfully applied in industrial practice. In this technology,it's the key for minimum ammonia escape and maximum NOxremoval efficiency to control the total amount of ammonia injected into the NOx. High temperature,high humidity,high dust and high corrosion of gas from SCR exit makes the monitoring more difficult. In the traditional monitoring,there exist the effects that water absorbs the trace of ammonia in the sampling and transmission process and so the traditional detection method is not popular. Laser gas analyzer developed by our research institute adopts the technology of TDLAS to monitor ammonia,without sampling,no influences of sampling and transmission and it is the convenient and accurate measurement of trace ammonia detection.
