基于聚类分析的中小企业职业健康管理研究

Study on Management of Occupational Health in Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Based on Cluster Analysis

中小企业在中国的经济发展中起着至关重要的作用,同时,因中小企业自身的特点,其也成为职业病的重灾区。问卷调查法是一种结构化的调查方法,便于数据的收集和统计。本文通过问卷收集了68家位于湖北省内的中小企业职业健康相关数据,采用聚类分析法,选用数据挖掘工具Clementine 12.0,采用KMeans算法,对采集数据进行了聚类分析,将已有68家企业依照职业健康管理状况优劣划分为4种类型,并总结各自特点,并将最优与最差两种类型企业进行了对比分析。

Small and medium- sized enterprises have played an important role in China＇s economic development and meanwhile due to their own characteristic,they also have become a major disaster area of the occupational disease.Questionnaire is a structured investigation method,convenient for the data collection and statistics. Based on the related occupational health data collected from 68 small and medium- sized enterprises in Hubei province through the questionnaire,the data mining tools Clementine 12. 0 and the K- Means algorithm are also applied to conduct cluster analysis on the collected data,in which in accordance with the occupational health management status,68 companies are divided into four types,the characteristics of every kinds of enterprises are summarized and comparative analyses on two kinds of enterprises,the best and the worst,are conducted.
