摘要 发生医疗差错或不良事件后,医务人员常因难以控制自己的情绪而陷入沉默。他们仍然需要照顾好下一个患者,却很少有机会讨论事件的细节,或表达事件对个人及工作的影响。如果患者和家属在此类事件中是第一受害者,那么牵扯人事件的医务人员则可以称为第二受害者。
