西藏社科院哲学社会科学和藏学事业发展的历史回顾与经验总结——写在西藏自治区社会科学院建院30年之际

Review on the Historical Development and Experiences of the Research on the Philosophy Social Sciences and Tibetology in Tibet:For the 30^(th) Anniversary of the Establishment of Tibet Academy of Social Sciences

30年来,西藏社科院的哲学社会科学和藏学事业从筹建到全面发展、从学科单一到多学科并举,研究实力不断增强,科研水平大幅提高,各类成果陆续问世,为西藏经济社会发展作出了应有的贡献,书写了西藏哲学社会科学和藏学研究事业繁荣发展的瑰丽篇章。总结30年的发展历程和点滴成绩,既有一些历史教训,更有供后人借鉴的历史经验。那就是:1、必须坚持马克思主义的指导地位;2、哲学社会科学和藏学工作必须紧跟时代、植根实践;3、必须始终坚持围绕中心、服务大局,以重大理论和现实问题为科研主攻方向;4、必须高度重视学科建设;5、必须高度重视科研人才和管理队伍建设;6、必须坚定不移地反对分裂,牢牢掌握藏学研究的主动权,警惕国际反华势力和达赖集团向哲学社会科学和藏学领域的渗透;7、必须继续秉持开门办院的原则,加强与各省区市、各民族的学术合作与交流;8、必须坚持党对哲学社会科学和藏学工作的领导。

Over the last three decades,the enterprise of the philosophy social sciences and Tibetology has gone through its start and the process of overall development so that the sole sciences has turned into the developments of all the aspects and the strength of research has been pushed forward to a higher level.In a word,look back into the last thirty years we can draw the following listens：1）we must continuously up hold the principle of Marxism;2）the works of philosophy social sciences and Tibetology must adapt time and based on the roots of practice;3）must unite around the Center,service the overall situation and follow the direction of studying on the theory and the issues of the reality;4）pay great attention to the construction of the scientific research;5）must pay more attention into the construction of training talented personals and making good teams of research;6）must fight against the separatism,seize the right of initiative and be alert to the force of anti-China and Dalai Clique;7）up holding the principle of managing the Academy with open door,and enhance academic cooperation and exchanges with other provinces and nationalities of China;8）must up hold the Leadership of Communist Party in the philosophy,social sciences and Tibetology.
