摘要 使用L-半胱氨酸提取羊毛角蛋白,可大大降低溶解成本,且提取方法更环保。L-半胱氨酸提取羊毛角蛋白的最佳工艺为:L-半胱氨酸2%,p H值10,尿素8 mol/L,温度75℃,溶解时间5 h;羊毛溶解率72%,角蛋白粉末的提取率62%(相对分子质量超过10 k Da),提取的羊毛角蛋白相对分子质量分布在10、40和60 k Da,在再生过程未发生较大变化。 The application of L-cysteine to dissolution of wool keratin can greatly reduce the cost, and the extraction method is more environmental friendly. The optimum process of extraction is L-cysteine 2%, pH value Jl0, urea 8 tool/L, dissolving at 75℃ for 5 h. The results show that the dissolution rate of wool is 72% and the extraction yield of keratin powder with molecular weight more than 10 kDa is 62%, the molecular weight distribution of the extracted wool keratin is about 10, 40 and 60 kDa, and it is not changed during the regeneration process.
