MICRO CITY OF YOUNG PEOPLE

随着当代大都市核心区的土地价值攀升,年轻人越来越被排挤到城市的边缘：他们不仅无力在城市中心找到租金合适的居所,也很难找到其创业的办公地点。而另一方面,城市越是发展,城市人口越是面临老龄问题,就越需要年轻人口来使用城市的服务设施,并对城市提供积极的服务。为年轻人在城里寻找立足之地变成一个课题。在北京,分布在三环与四环之间的公交场站,成为完成这一课题的一种可能。

With the increase of the land value in central regions of metropolises, the young people tend to be excluded to the edge of the city： not only because they are not able to find low-rent houses in downtown, but it is also difficult to find proper places to start their own business. However, the more the city developes, the severer the aging problem will be, and the more the city needs young people to consume and provide active services. Thus, to find possible land for young people in the city has become a subject.
