P2P网络借贷作为一种直接融资方式,近年来在我国逐渐兴起并迅速发展,给投资人和借款人提供了便利,给新兴的互联网金融注入了活力,但相伴而生的问题也日益突出。P2P网贷由于其行业准入门槛低、行业监管缺失、市场需求扩张迅猛、操作不规范、取证难等问题导致犯罪尤其是非法集资犯罪日益严重,因此我国应通过加强监管、联合执法、情报导侦、加大宣传、做好维稳等方面预防犯罪和增强打击犯罪力度,为我国P2P网络借贷的健康发展保驾护航。

Due to low threshold of the P2 P net credit industry, the lack of industry regulation, the rapid expansion of market demand, the unsteady operation, difficult justification and other issues leading to crime, especially the illegal fund-raising crime, our country should increase publicity and enhance efforts in fighting crime to safeguard the healthy development of China＇s P2 P lending network, through strengthening supervision, joint law enforcement, intelligence ledpolicing,large scale of the dimensional stability and etc.
