关于毒品问题及其禁毒工作的若干思考

Some Thoughts on the Drug Problem and Its Anti- Drug Works

随着经济的快速发展,毒品问题正在蔓延发展。当前的毒品问题出现了一些新情况,禁毒工作也出现了一些新问题,禁毒形势十分严峻。吸毒品种由传统毒品向新型毒品转变,贩毒过程"大哥级"人物幕后操纵,低龄化特征明显,从隐蔽趋向公开,从公共娱乐场所由出租房蔓延。通过调查研究,我们认为禁毒工作应当根据当前毒品犯罪严峻的形势,严格按照《禁毒法》的规定,保持严厉打击的高压态势,提高发现毒品犯罪的能力,加强阵地控制,对涉毒人员进行动态管控,构建禁毒工作新机制,普及禁毒知识,堵截毒品来源,遏制吸毒人员,逐步减少和消除毒品危害。

With the rapid development of economy, drug-related issue has been spreading. The current drug-related issue has taken on some new situations, while anti-narcotics work also appeared new problems.Under the circumstances, drug control is faced with grim situation. Firstly, drug varieties change from traditional to new ones. Secondly, leaders operate the drug trafficking behind the scenes. Thirdly, there is a tendency of a low age. Last, drug trafficking shows from concealment to open, spreading from public entertainment to rental housing. Through the research, it is believed that based on the current grim situation of drug-related crime,anti-drug work should keep the pressure to crack down in strict to accordance with the ＂drug law＂, improving the ability to detect drug-related crimes, and strengthening the position control as well as the drug-related personnel dynamically control. In addition, we ought to build a new mechanism of anti-narcotics work to popularize related knowledge, to cut off the source of drugs in order to contain drug users. Gradually, the danger of drugs will be reduced and eliminated.
