烟草市场营销渠道中零售商的管理问题与对策研究

摘要 烟草市场营销渠道中零售商的管理还存在零售网点布局不合理,缺乏对零售商的控制力,"访销配送"并未达到真正的目的等问题。对此文章提出加大对加盟店的控股比例,适当增加直营店的数量,做好无证零售户的清户工作等建议。
