Early Diagnosis of Pancreatic Cancer

早期胰腺癌通常指肿块直径≤2.0cm、无淋巴结转移、无胰腺被膜和胰周浸润、无血管和邻近脏器侵犯的胰腺癌,其诊断困难。增强CT和MRI是早期胰腺癌诊断的主要手段。联合检测肿瘤标志物有助于提高早期胰腺癌的检出率;内镜超声和胰管内超声是影像学和内镜技术的完美结合,在早期胰腺癌的诊断上有重要地位。

The early-stage pancreatic cancer,which usually means localized disease with less than 2.0cm in size and without peri-pancreatic infiltration and invasion of blood vessel,is very difficult to diagnose. The enhanced CT and MRI are the most valuable means in the diagnosis of early-stage pancreatic cancer. The check up of the tumor markers could improve the detec- tion rate of early-stage pancreatic cancer. The combination of intraductal uhrasonography and endoscopic uhrasonography is promising and will play an important role in the diagnosis of ear- ly-stage pancreatic cancer.
