摘要
小儿外科学是儿科学的重要组成部分,其存在课时少、任务重、难度高等特点,学生在理论学习过程中不易理解掌握。小儿外科示教课作为理论课的补充,示教老师应在课前仔细研读教学大纲,紧密结合理论课教学内容充分备课,示教的过程中,教师应积极发挥引导作用,在传统床边示教的基础上,结合多媒体、CBL、PBL多种教学方法,充分调动学生的主观能动性,带领学生在积极的思考的过程中,分析、理解、掌握相关内容,培养正确的临床逻辑分析思维能力,并进一步激发其对小儿外科的学习兴趣,促进其产生自觉的学习行动。
Pediatric surgery is an important part of pediatrics. It is difficult for students to master because of less course time,heavy teaching task and high difficulties. For better supplement of theoretical courses,clinical clerkship teachers should carefully read syllabus,fully prepare of theory before class,and combine multi-media teaching,CBL,PBL with traditional teaching method,fully mobilize students' subjective initiative during the class. Then students could analysis,understand and master the content by positive thinking,and finally set up correct logic analysis ability,learning interest of the pediatric surgery,and produce consciously learning activities.
