摘要
现代医院人力资源管理中,新职工岗前培训不但是医院人才建设的重要途径,更是医院精神文明建设、塑造医院品牌的重要一环,而医院文化则是医院事业发展核心竞争力的重要组成部分。从医院文化的历史沿革、表现形式等方面入手,结合当前医院管理现状,探讨如何将医院文化以丰富多样的形式在岗前培训中体现,如何针对不同的培训内容选用多样匹配的培训方式,达到增进新职工对医院精神与医院文化的认同,激发职工工作热情的目的。
In the modern hospital human resources management,new staff pre-job training is not only an important way of talents construction in hospital,but also a pivotal part in hospital spiritual civilization building and hospital brand modeling,meanwhile,hospital culture is also an indispensable section for the core competitiveness of the hospital development. This article starts from the history of hospital culture,the form of performance and so on,combined with the current situation of hospital management,to explore how the pre job training reflect hospital culture in various forms,how to choose a variety of training methods based on different training content,to achieve the goal of enhancing the recognition of the new staff to the hospital spirit and culture and stimulating the working enthusiasm.
