摘要
本文主要介绍PDCA循环教学法在心肺复苏实习带教中的应用。将实习生心肺复苏练习分为四个阶段:①找出问题拟订解决方案;②更改错误,反复练习;③检查效果;④总结效果并发现下一个问题,根据实际情况循环进行。实习生接受PDCA循环教学法培训后能熟练掌握心肺复苏各步骤流程,各项操作准确。
This paper mainly introduces the application of PDCA cycle in the practical teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR） training for interns.CPR practice of interns can be divided into four stadges：①find out problems and formulate solutions;②change errors and practice repeatedly;③check;④summarize and find out new problems.After PDCA cycle training,interns can complete CPR more skillfully and accurately.
