护理教师对情景模拟教学培训评价的质性研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨临床护理教师接受情景模拟教学培训后的真实体验,评价其效果和可行性,为系统开展情景模拟教学提供指导。方法对来自我校和6所医院的46名临床护理专兼职教师进行2天的情景模拟教学培训。之后,采用质性研究中焦点团体访谈法对自愿参与访谈的28名教师进行访谈,并用Colaizzi法对资料进行分析。结果培训体验归纳为5个主题:情景模拟教学培训的效果;情景模拟教学培训的不足;传统临床护理教学存在的问题;开展情景模拟教学的困难;护理教师对临床教学的建议和启发。结论本次情景模拟教学培训使临床护理教师受益颇多,有利于提高其综合素质,同时反映出护理实践教学存在诸多进步空间,有待完善。 Objective To explore the real experiences of clinical nursing faculty who accepted scenario simulated teaching training,to evaluate its effectiveness and feasibility,and provide guidance for chnical training and usage.Methods Fortysix clinical nursing faculty from our medical university and 6 hospitals attended 2-days intensive training.Using focus group interviews of qualitative research,28 faculties among them volunteered to interview after scenario simulated teaching training.The data collected were analyzed by using Colaizzi method.Results Five themes were extracted,including active role in teaching training,shortage of teaching training,the problems of traditional clinical nursing teaching,difficulties to carry out scenario simulation teaching,recommends for clinical teaching.Conclusions Although the training had made some remarkable achievements and enhanced the comprehensive quality of clinical nursing faculty,some shortages appeared in clinical teaching which needed to be improved.
