浅谈案例教学法结合传统教学法在临床实习中的应用体会

Experience on Application of Case Teaching Method Combined with Traditional Teaching Method in Clinical Practice Teaching

探究案例教学法结合传统教学法在临床实习中的应用效果,是为了帮助学生更好地完成实习任务,促进理论与实践的有效结合,从而提高实习带教质量。笔者在临床实习带教过程中比较了实验组(采用案例教学法结合传统教学法进行带教)和对照组(采用传统教学法进行带教)学生实习结束后的出科考试成绩,笔者发现实验组学生成绩高于对照组,这说明与单一采用传统教学法相比,案例教学法结合传统教学法能有效提高学生的实习质量与效果。本文重点探讨笔者在临床实习带教中采用案例教学法结合传统教学法进行带教的经验和体会。

To explore the application of case teaching combined with traditional teaching method in clinical practice,which can help students better finish internship task,promote the combination of theory and practice effectively,so as to improve the quality of practice teaching.The author compared the experimental group（case teaching combined with traditional teaching method） students＇ scores of after-department examination with the control group（traditional teaching method） during clinical practice teaching.The author found that the scores of experimental group is higher than the control group.We can conclude that comparing with the single traditional teaching method,the case teaching method in combination with traditional teaching method can effectively improve the quality and performance of students＇ practice.This paper mainly discusses about the experience and understanding of the application of the case teaching method combined with traditional teaching method in the clinical practice teaching.
