摘要
随着"德国工业4.0"、"中国制造2025"这些新战略的推出,越来越多的制药企业考虑到自动化、信息化的重要性。采用互联网技术,实现智能生产将是制药企业必然的发展趋势。主要介绍制药工业4.0的概念、阐述制药工业4.0智慧工厂的相关技术以及提出制药工业4.0智慧工厂的实施方法等,目的是说明如何打造制药工业4.0智慧工厂,并推动整个制药行业的快速发展。
With the appearance of the strategies ＂Germany industry 4.0＂ and ＂China manufacturing 4.0＂, more and more enterprises are conscious of the importance of automation and information. To use internet technology and realize intelligent production are inevitable trend in development of pharmaceutical enterprises. In this article, the concept of pharmaceutical industry 4.0 was introduced, the relative technologies of smart factories in pharmaceutical industry 4.0 were described and the implement methods of smart factories in pharmaceutical industry 4.0 were presented. It aims to explain how to build smart factories in pharmaceutical industry 4.0 so as to drive whole pharmaceutical industry developed rapidly.
