摘要 醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液(VAE)是一个很有用的化学产品。以醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液工艺为基础,研究装置工业放大时的工艺危险性,并提出降低危险性的工程设计建议。对工艺反应系统可能出现的危害后果进行研究,给出安全防护措施的设计建议。对装置中涉及的危险物料双氧水的稳定性进行研究。研究表明装置放大时物料量及反应放热效应明显增加,同时潜在危险性的增加也使工业装置需要更加稳健的控制及防护系统。 Vinyl acetate – ethylene emulsion polymerization(VAE) is a very useful chemical product. In this article, based on vinyl acetate – ethylene emulsion polymerization, the risk existed in enlarge of process was investigated, and the proposal for engineering design to reduce risk was provided. The stability of H2O2 which is involved in process and is dangerous was studied, and it was shown that in enlarge of process the heat produced in reaction increase apparently. Moreover, more strict control and protection system is needed for the increase of other potential risk in enlarge of process.
