摘要
对FMS中的四自由度搬运机械臂进行结构设计,为了更好的减少机械在使用中产生的磨损、减小变形,利用ANSYS 14.0重新设计了支撑座结构,有效的减小摩擦面积、提高表面接触强度,并结合该软件对其进行谐响应分析,明确应力和变形最大处,为机械臂的进一步使用做好基础。
The mechanical arm base is a non-standard part and use frequency is very high, the bending deformation,fracture and overload wear and tear are frequently occurred. The mechanical arm base modal analysis and harmonic response analysis in FMS system are made by using ANSYS Workbench. The basis of improvement was provided for the mechanical arm base by data and optimization analysis.
