辣椒素在铝塑复合管中的应用研究

The Research on Application of Capsaicin in the Composite Pipe

采用防鼠咬助剂——辣椒素在双螺杆挤出机中制备出防鼠咬母料。将防鼠咬母料应用于铝塑管的外层中。研究了辣椒素对高密度聚乙烯的性能影响,对比测试并分析了防鼠咬铝塑复合管与普通铝塑复合管的常规性能和防鼠咬性能。结果表明,防鼠咬助剂对管材常规使用性能无明显影响,同时提高了管材防鼠咬性能。

Anti-rodent additives,capsaicin,was used to prepare the anti-rodent masterbatch with twin screw extruder. Then the anti-rodent masterbatch was used in out layer of PE / AL / PE composite pipe. The effection of capsaicin to high density polyethylene was studied,and the common and anti-rodent performance of anti-rodent composite pipe were tested and analysized comparing with ordinaty composite pipe. The results indicated that the anti-rodent additivies had no obviours effection to the pipe in common use,and improved the anti-rodent performance.
