乙丙丁三元共聚聚丙烯丁烯含量标准物质研制样品的评价

Evaluation of the Samples Research on Butene Content of the 1-Butene-Ethylene-Propylene Terpolymer

对新加坡TPC公司生产的乙丙丁三元共聚聚丙烯FS5612,依据Basell公司提供的检测方法进行了丁烯含量均匀性检验。方差统计结果表明:乙丙丁三元共聚聚丙烯FS5612的丁烯含量均匀性检验的统计量F值为1.72,小于临界值2.31,说明丁烯含量均匀。样品经过1年的稳定性考察,t统计值小于tα(n-1)临界值4.30,说明该样品丁烯含量1年内没有明显变化,样品稳定,满足丁烯含量标准物质研制的要求。

The uniformity on butene content of 1-butene-ethylene-propylene terpolymer FS5612 of Singapore TPC company was tested under analytical method provided by Basell company. The results of variance indicated that statistic value F of the uniformity on butene content was 1. 72,lower than that critical value 2. 31,it showed that the butene content of 1-butene-ethylene-propylene terpolymer samples was uniformity. The statistic value of stability investigation of sample after one year was lower than critical value 4. 30 and the butene content hadn＇t changed significantly in this one year,it showed the sample was stability. Therefore,the uniformity and stability on butene content of the batch sample was able to meet requirements of research on butene content reference materials.
