国外职业院校发展及对国内职业院校之借鉴——以塞舌尔旅游学院为例

The Development of Foreign Vocational Colleges and Its Enlightenment to Domestic Vocational Colleges: A Case Study on Seychelles Tourism College

随着高考考生的不断减少和部分本科院校转向职业化教育,职业院校的发展进入瓶颈期。而在国外,职业院校以服务地方为准则开设专业课程、重视实训课程、在校园里营造行业氛围、加强学校间合作和校企合作[1]、不拘一格吸引优良师资,职业教育成为教育领域内独树一帜的领军力量,为各行各业输送大量专业型人才。本文以剖析塞舌尔旅游学院作为基准,提出经验借鉴,期望对中国职业教育的发展贡献绵薄之力。

With the continuous decrease of examinees for college entrance examination and the transformation of some undergraduate education to vocational education, the development of vocational colleges has entered the bottleneck period. However, in foreign countries, vocational education has become a leading force in the education field and has provided a large number of professional talents for different industries, as foreign vocational colleges have taken a series of measures oriented by serving local development, such as opening professional courses, laying emphasis on training courses, establishing industrial atmosphere on campus, strengthening college- government and college- enterprise cooperation[1], and introducing excellent teachers without any formalistic pattern. Based on the analysis of Seychelles Tourism College, this paper proposes its experience, hoping to make every effort to develop China＇s vocational education.
