高职院校管理学课程中的案例教学现状研究

Research on the Current Situation of Case Teaching in the Management Course of Higher Vocational Colleges

案例教学法是高职教育中管理类课程教学的重要方法之一,然而在实际运用过程中,其教学效果远不如人意。本文以案例教学法的内涵与本质特征展开论述,结合高职教育案例教学法的实施现状以及培养学生何种能力为切入点,全面透视案例教学法在教学法运用过程中的困难与瓶颈。

Case teaching is an important method for the teaching of management courses in higher vocational education, but its teaching effect is far from satisfactory in practical application.This paper elaborates the connotation and essential characteristics of case teaching, and combined with the current situation of the implementation of case teaching in higher vocational education and what kinds of abilities should be cultivated, comprehensively analyzes the difficulties and obstacles encountered in the application of case teaching.
