On the Contradiction between Supply and Demand of Public Education Service and Its Control Measures

公共教育服务作为公共服务的基本内容之一,有它自身的特点,即服务内容的科学性、服务对象的发展性、教育产品的公共性、目标追求的均等性、服务原则的公益性。公共教育服务是供给与需求的矛盾体。为满足广大公民的教育需要,必须通过增加财政投入、完善多元化的供给机制、优化资源配置等措施,实现教育服务最优化。

Public education service, as one of the basic contents of public services, has its own characteristics, namely the scientific nature of the service content, the development nature of the service object, the public nature of the education products, the equivalence nature of the goal pursuit, and the public welfare nature of the service principles. Public education service is the contradiction between supply and demand. To meet the needs of civic education, the education service must be optimized through such measures as increasing financial investment, perfecting pluralistic supply mechanism, optimizing the allocation of resources and so on.
