关于现阶段高校学校制度德性变革的研究

Research on the Moral Transformation of the Current University System

在我国现行的高校科层体制下,学校制度具有等级性、行政性、专断性等缺陷,既不利于高校在教学管理方面的主体性作用发挥,也不利于高校提升教学管理与科学研究的质量。遵循公平正义的价值理念,对高校学校制度进行德性变革,是高校实现良性和持续发展的必由之路。本文主要就现阶段高校学校制度德性变革问题进行探讨。

Under the current hierarchical university system in China, the university system is hierarchical, administrative and arbitrary, which is not only a disservice to the subjective role of the university in teaching management, but also a harm to the improvement of teaching management and scientific research quality. To carry out a moral transformation on the university system based on adhering to fairness and justice is an inevitable road for realizing the favorable and sustainable development of the university. This paper mainly discusses the moral transformation of the current university system.
