基于系统理论的高校辅导员参与就业指导服务体系构建

On the Construction of University Counselors' Participation in Employment Guidance and Service System Based on System Theory

近年来,高校毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,高校辅导员对促进大学生充分就业起到很重要的作用,我们在不断的探索和实践中发现,就业指导服务体系的系统化和模块化能够大大提高工作效率。本文介绍高校就业指导服务体系的构成,提出系统模块构建的概念,进一步指出就业指导服务体系的运作下辅导员的工作要求。

In recent years, university graduates＇ employment situation is worsening, while university counselors play a very important role in promoting the full employment of university students.It is found in continuous exploration and practice that the systematization and modularization of the employment guidance and service system can greatly improve working efficiency. This article describes the composition of university employment guidance and service system, proposes the idea of systematic module construction, and further points out the requirements for counselors＇ work under the operation of employment guidance and service system.
